Perfect, I Love it
Great Upgrade from the Mini – Suggestions for Future Improvements I upgraded from the Mini to the T4 Plus mainly because I wanted a larger screen, and I’m very happy with my decision. The larger display makes a real difference in everyday use, and overall, the T4 Plus is an excellent product that I would happily recommend. I have a few suggestions that could make an already great product even better: 1. Adjustable Rear-View Camera Guidelines It would be great to have the option to adjust the width of the reversing camera guidelines to match the actual width of the vehicle. This would make parking and manoeuvring easier and more accurate, especially for vehicles with different dimensions. 2. Improved Camera Mode When Manoeuvring When repeatedly switching between reverse and forward gears while manoeuvring, the screen switches back to CarPlay rather quickly. This can be distracting when you need to reverse again a moment later. On the Mini, I really liked the option to activate the camera view with a swipe from the side of the screen. Bringing this feature to the T4 Plus would be very useful. Alternatively, an adjustable timer that keeps the camera view active for a set period after shifting out of reverse (for example, 10 seconds) would be a great solution. Even better, if technically feasible, the system could use iPhone sensor data, such as GPS speed or motion sensors, to determine when the vehicle is moving forward steadily again before switching back to CarPlay. 3. More Flexible Screen Mirroring and Video Playback Another useful improvement would be broader support for screen mirroring and video playback. It would be great to have the option to mirror the entire iPhone screen or to use a wider range of browser and streaming applications on the T4 Plus. At the moment, video playback depends heavily on the specific app and its compatibility. I understand that there may be technical limitations, but more flexibility in this area would expand the possibilities of the device and make it even more versatile for users who want to enjoy content beyond standard CarPlay functions. These are simply suggestions for future improvements, not complaints. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the T4 Plus. The larger screen was exactly what I was looking for, and I appreciate the work that goes into developing and improving these products. I would happily recommend the T4 Plus to anyone looking for a larger, high-quality CarPlay display.
I am upgrading the in built sat nav in my Mini R52. The car pod go will replace the existing sat nav screen. Everything is working in the mock up I just need to take the old nav out and install the carpodgo.
Great CarPlay interface. Love the backup camera too.
Everything was as described, I just hoped software updates could be done with an easier way, and maybe provide rubber base for the screen itself to not move while placed on the dashboard, but I like how it hold perfectly in extreme hot weather, Also screen brightness is very good.
Pros: Good responsiveness! Love the speed worth all the money so far. Easy setup, i am ok with magnet thing. Cons: The aux output is a bit bad with low frequency being untuned and with low output level. This is worse than my 3x cheaper ali express unit i used before. The reverse cam works fine, but i would really like a way to make it show all the cam ouput, even if that means black bars can be seen on screen since my reverse cam has a more square aspect output then the screen aspect ratio. Solution is a simple software toggle. In my old unit it didnt have this but i could at least choose which area of the fill image to show.

Love it, including the ability to customize the boot screen… The subtlety of the unassuming CarpodGo Mini preserves the authenticity of my classic car, but brings the tech completely up to date.
This is a very good display with strong functionality. I appreciate the quality and the option to customise the boot screen to match the car brand. Why not a full-star review? I lack an on/off switch; the display remains active while charging my car (BEV) unless I unplug it. The unit would suit my vehicle better if the corners were not rounded.
This is an excellent built device that works as intended, is fast and integrates fully with my car. I installed it in a Subaru Legacy 2017 and used the woofer cover to integrate it seemlessly. The speaker of the T4 can be better though, the volume is a bit low.
I installed a T4 in a Honda Jazz hybrid it is perfect. Installation took 10 minutes. Did travel more than 11 hours in on trip no problem. I recommend this product

Perfect size and functionality, especially for classic cars. Install it in my classic BMW 628 CSi from 1981 and it's been great to use it without having to perform any changes to the dashboard.
Had a lot of problems of connecting my Blaupunkt Bremen radio and My I phone to Carprogo but eventually solved it which was frustrating but that is me and technology.
A wonderful unit for the price. More responsive than the Car Play radio in my new Honda car. Surprisingly great graphics for a $100 unit.
Recently received it and drove with it for almost a week under Texas heat now. Drove highway+ local with it, did some sharp turns/U turns, the screen was very stable on my old Garmin gps dash mount. I like the size of this T4, fit my dashboard well, did not block the AC vent on top of dash (need every AC vent in Texas heat) and did not block my view when looking at road. And the Display only Bluetooth is a great feature, I can still use the steering wheel to control music which is super convenient. Overall, a high quality product makes driving more enjoyable.
I fitted one of the Carpodgo T3 pro units. It was awesome but had a bit of an issue with dropping connection with the phone . Their customer service was awesome . So after a couple of emails I got a full refund with no quibbles. So I noticed they had a new larger unit out .The T4 pro but what really made me buy it was the magnetic power connection. No more unplugging the screen every time I took it out of the car. I'll do a review later but I am really pleased with it so far . Brighter screen and seems quicker and the boot time is unreal. A lot more responsive and looks great .I didn't use the screen holder that was supplied but an existing one I got specifically for my car and just modded it a little and bingo..
It's fast and has a beautiful screen. It doesn't block the dashboard or the view. It's just perfect.

Love this. So neat and tidy looking. Easy to set up. Phone connects within 10 seconds after starting my car. Graphics and speed are spot on. Highly recommended. Arrived pretty quick too.
a good device for the money
Ça fait 1 semaine que j ai acheté ce t3 pro, pour l instant tout va bien. C est très agréable de conduire avec ce grand écran sur ma clio 4. Je suis curieux de voir si cette tablette résistera à la chaleur sachant que je n’ai pas pu la positionner devant les grille de clim. Je reviendrais dans plusieurs mois pour faire une mise à jour de ce commentaire.
Eingebaut in einen VW T5 von 2009, alles funktioniert perfeckt, nur die Bluetooth verbindung zu meienem alten Huawei P 30 geht nicht. Mit dem Xiaomi 12 T Pro läuft alles reibungslos. Schönes , helles Display und einfach zu bedienen. Ich würde das Carpodgo T4 wieder kaufen. 5 von 5 Sternen.

It's a great upgrade for my car. The display is clear and sharp. Installing the rear camera was much easier than I expected. I only had to consult the owner's manual for instructions on how to change the taillights. It would be nice if the night mode synchronized with the local sunset time. And it would be helpful if the adhesive were removable.

Je suis très content de cet écran careplay / android auto, j'ai testé le careplay, démarrage rapide, quelques soucis de connection si vous éteignez et rallumez la voiture car le téléphone se croit encore connecté et ne demande donc pas à se reconnecter au careplay. Je mettrai à jour le système, caméra de recul haute qualité, aucune latence ne se fait ressentir, la caméra de recul reste allumée quelques secondes après avoir enlevé la marche arrière, utile quand vous faites des manoeuvres / créneaux, sinon c'est un peu embetant mais rien de grave, le son se coupe lorsque la caméra de recul se met. L'écran est fluide, il n'est pas multipoint, c'est-à-dire que vous ne pouvez pas zoomer, ou toucher avec deux doigts ou plus, c'est limitant mais on s'y fait, on prépare le gps avant de rouler et après c'est bon. Sinon les 60fps sont presque constamment présent, surtout quand l'appareil est allumé depuis quelques minutes. C'est super, j'en suis très content, ça fait une semaine que je l'utilise et il fonctionne bien meme en plein soleil pendant plusieurs heures. Je recommande si vous avez besoin et envie de ce produit.
Best CarPlay screen on the market, perfect for my old 2009 Honda Jazz, screen resolution and performance is brilliant.
Beau produit assez réactif et de bonne qualité. Mais écran pas assez anti reflet et cela gêne pas mal. Ensuite la possibilité d'enlever l'écran est top sauf que le câble USB est difficile à enlever et il faut forcer. Enfin dommage ne pas maintenir à jour....le dernier firmware est de 12-2025, uniquement des versions Beta. Sinon Android est rapide et tout fonctionne bien!
Love the device! It's just the thing I was looking for my A3 97'! I'm looking forward to make it to 500k km soon with my new Carpodgo mini! Wish there was an option to change scaling/DPI for bigger icons and text... but everything besides that is awesome. Keep up the good work Carpodgo Team ;) Think about that option guys. There are a lot of topics online saying that this feature would be really useful for many users. I'll be looking forward to get the full potential out of your little-giant device 💪 Regards Bartosz
